In a fluted glass
- 1 part Peach purée
- 5 parts Maschio Prosecco
First pour peach purée and then add Maschio Prosecco.
The cocktail was created by Giuseppe Cipriani at Harry's Bar in Venice in 1948.
The name "Bellini" comes from an exhibition of the works of the Venetian Renaissance painter Giovanni Battista Bellini. named Giambellino that took place in Venice during the same period.
